Pre-registration and class fee of $12.00 required by Friday\, May 8. Checks payable to Good Shepherd\nWhat to Wear – What to Bring\nWe encourage participants to bring water and wear comfortable fitting\, layered clothes.  A yoga mat is recommended.\n\n\nSpeaker Notes: Eleanor Ostman\, former food columnist for the St. Paul Pioneer Press\, will be speaking at Good Shepherd on Saturday\, May 16 at 10:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall. She is the author of “Always on Sunday Revisited”\, which is a collection of recipes and stories from her 30 years of writing her weekly Sunday column\, Tested Recipes.    Eleanor will share some wonderful stories about her years as a food columnist.  Books will be available for purchase for $20.00 at the event and Eleanor will sign them for you.
