Children come for lunch and then head out for an adventuresome scavenger hunt inside and outside the church. Who will be the one who completes the task at hand correctly in the least amount of time? Only those who attend and attempt the feat will know.
Children have lunch while watching the movie "Charlie Brown's Christmas". Then they make a take home craft of their own Charlie Brown's Christmas tree. They learn a little bit about bullying during this session.
Children will have a hot lunch, learn the story of Baby Jesus's birth, play games and make a very cute heirloom Christmas craft to take home. A parent or grandparent is requested to attend this event with their child.

Children will attend the 3:00 showing at Stepping Stone Theater to see "Ruby!" the story of Ruby Bridges who on November 14, 1960, surrounded by federal marshals, walked through a mob of screaming segregationists and into her school. She was six years old.
Children have lunch and then decorate cupcakes to eat later and bring home. They make a Valentine craft and play Valentine games. They also learn about St. Valentine who the holiday is named after.
Children decorate the Fellowship Hall for the event and prepare appetizers for the occasion. After they serve the food, they perform talents for their family and guests from the church. Awards (Oscars) are given out to each child for their winning performances.
Children will have a lunch, learn the Easter story and make an Easter craft to take home.
To celebrate the upcoming summer Rio Olympics, the children enjoy a "South of the Border" lunch (tacos) and then participate in several challenging and silly games to test their skills and win awards.
